Portobello Flat Mushrooms are from the same family as Swiss Brown mushrooms, they’re just left on their beds a little longer – allowing those earthy caps to open up and expose dark, fragrant gills. They have a rustic appearance, a dense texture and hold less moisture than other mushrooms, which means they’ll hold their shape better when cooked.
