BBQ Marinated Mushrooms
- Preparation: 30 mins marinating
- Cooking time: 10 mins
- Serves: 6-8 as side dish
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin Olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 4 (150g each) large flat mushrooms or portobello mushrooms
Lemon wedges, to serve
Method
- Preheat a barbeque chargrill on a medium-high heat. Combine oil, garlic, thyme and rosemary in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Brush mushrooms with oil mixture.
- Barbeque mushrooms to 6-8 minutes, turning halfway during cooking, or until lightly charred.
Serve immediately with as a side or with salad!
